HISTORY
In Colombia, there were several initiatives at all levels, aimed at achieving the best conditions in aircraft maintenance. "AEROHÉLICES" was created to meet the needs in the field of repairing propellers. Thus was formed on 1 October 1964 by Mr. JUAN ZARATE MOLINAS.

The Board has introduced AEROHÉLICES as a prime factor, the quality control to optimize air safety in all jobs, in addition to complying with international regulations that required special FAA in the FAR-35 (Airworthiness of propellers).
The aviation repair shop has the most modern equipment for preventive maintenance and recuperative, nondestructive testing, banks and specialized tools and the same with an information technology specialist in the area and advice from the various factories to carry out all work concerning the repair of propellers, governors and Non Destructive Testing (NDT).
AEROHÉLICES continues to grow at the pace of progress and needs of Colombian aviation, complementing and updating its personnel and equipment according to technological progress in the field of propellers, accessories and Non Destructive Testing (NDT).
