Our history
AEROPROPELLERS; is a Colombian certified propeller repair station created on October 1, 1964 by Mr. Juan Molinas Zarate in Bogotá, Colombia. Since then it has grown rapidly to become one of the leading propeller repair stations in Colombia.
Mr. Molinas was a pioneer from Barranquilla who acquired his first knowledge in the industrial field of important Colombian aeronautical companies such as: Avianca, SAM and Urdaneta Gálvez. Initially, the company was located at the El Dorado International Airport and today it is still located in the same area where it continues to provide its services to Latin American aviation.
This family owned and operated company has over 59 years of service to general aviation, air taxi operators, corporate and regional airlines. It has established a longstanding reputation within the aviation industry as a reliable, knowledgeable, and quality certified facility.

As an Approved Maintenance Organization, OMA is dedicated to the general maintenance of propellers, accessories and non-destructive testing, committed to a positive culture of its employees and customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the health and safety management system in SG-SST work, SMS operational safety system & QMS quality management system; counting for this with the support of the management and all the personnel of the organization that is in permanent training, as well as with the minimization of risks to an acceptable level through a voluntary, obligatory reporting system, with a follow-up through from reporting and measurement to safety management through the provision of the necessary human and financial resources for the continuous improvement of its management systems; preventing dangers, accidents, incidents, guarantees as well as reducing environmental pollution, avoiding injuries and professional illnesses, complying with the applicable and current legal and regulatory provisions.
